Club Championships
Saturday, July 8 & Sunday, July 9, 2023 at 7:30 am (assigned tee times on both days)
Conditions of the competition

Opening day until close of business on Friday, June 30, 2023
Eligibility
Breakfast Hill members with an active GHIN handicap.
Format
36-holes, stroke-play. All holes must be completed. There are no "Xs".
Gross and net champions and runners-up will be crowned in each flight.
Players can only win “one-way” (gross or net). Championship Flight is gross only.
Handicaps
No strokes will be assigned for gross competition.
100% of each player’s Course Handicap from the appropriate tee markers will be assigned for net play.
Pairings
The professional golf staff will assign tee times and pairing groups for first round play.
Second round pairings will be determined based on Saturday’s first round gross scores.
Tee markers & flights
Players will have the option to compete in one of four flights including: Championship Flight (all play to take place from the maroon markers); Men’s Flight (all play to take place from the black markers); Senior Championship (all play to take place from the silver markers and all players must be 65+ years of age); and Ladies’ Championship (all ladies to play from the gold markers).
Prize money disclaimer
Golf Shop Prize Credit will be issued to champions and runners-up in each flight.
Each flight's prize money will be determined based on number of players in each individual flight.
GHIN score posting
The Golf Staff will post all scores to GHIN following each day of play.
Scores will be posted as "competition" scores.
Food & beverage
There is no food or beverage associated with this event. Players are invited to "dine on their own"
throughout the weekend.
Entry fee
$50 for the entire event. Fee includes golf, cart (optional), range balls, trophies for flight champions (and runner-up for Championship Flight), & additional prizes.
In the event of extreme weather, the Club will alter competition so that play is completed on the originally scheduled dates.
Players are encouraged to keep their schedule flexible this weekend.
